Just returned from another perfect stay at Citrus Grove. The villa is clean, spacious, well fitted out (new coffee station a hit) and most important, very close to the 192, Disney and I4 for Universal. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned home after nearly 3 weeks at citrus grove. I would firstly like to say that on arrival the house was spotlessly clean. Contact from the owners was always available if needed. The little welcome pack was much appreciated, especially the tea bags after a long flight, also the laundry detergent which helped us with a few loads of washing. Lots of sun around the pool after 9am till 5pm. We will definitely be back and would recommend to others to try this home from home villa 🙂

Overall great stay. Close to all the parks, shopping, etc.

We had a lovely time. Everything was exactly as described, and the home was closer to Disney than I even expected. My kids had a blast in the game room and the pool especially after a long day in the parks. Neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful which was much appreciated. Claire responded to any of my questions almost immediately or within a reasonable amount of time. We really enjoyed our stay and would look to stay here again for future trips.

We had a great stay. It was a great location near the Disney parks, close to Publix, CVS and restaurants. The rooms were great, and we had everything we needed including plenty of towels and hair dryers.

Great location, clean home and a pool… what more can you ask for! We would not hesitate to seek this one out again as a first-choice next time we are in town. We have 3 young ones that don’t have a lot of swimming experience yet, Claire has the best security for a pool we have seen yet. I was able to relax and did not have to spend one second on worrying about my Houdini children breaking through the security.

We had a great time staying here. The house is in a great location and is only about 15-20 minutes to each Disney park. It is also about 8 minutes from Walmart which was very convenient. We found the neighbourhood to be quiet and easy to access. The house itself was VERY clean and had everything that you would need in terms of amenities. There are two themed kids room which added to the fun and were thoroughly enjoyed. The pool area was great and had a door alarm that must be pushed in order to access it. This is a great feature if you have children. Claire was very responsive and helpful answering any questions that we had. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

I have just returned home after spending two amazing weeks in this lovely home. The location is great as it’s in a lovely quiet area. It’s got to be the closest place to stay if your visiting Disney. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled so fresh. The home is huge plenty of space for our son to run around and play. There are two great themed rooms, Star Wars and my sons' favourite minions. The pool is a great size and that was so clean. It was hard getting my son to leave some days. I have to say that from booking and completion with the hosts was such a breeze. Great communication from start to finish. All the years I’ve been visiting Florida, I have never stayed in the same place twice. For this lovely home I would make an exception.

We had an amazing holiday staying at Citrus Grove. We loved the pool, it was a huge hit with my kids. We were only a family of 5 but 8 could easily fit in this villa. They loved the minions and the Star Wars themed rooms. We had all the equipment needed in the kitchen to make some meals in the villa. The sofa was comfy for curling up with a movie on our rest day. Also enjoyed a wee bit of time in the games room when we weren’t too busy in the parks or the pool. The beds were comfy and the onsuite bathroom was so big. The aircon was perfect too. We made great use of the washing machine and tumble dryer which for my family is an essential. For us the big selling point of the villa is its location. It is so close to the Disney parks where we spent most of our time. This was great for the days we wanted to rope drop and also great for the days when we were going in later in the day. It is less than 10 mins away from the big Disney world sign. We also visited the Universal parks in our holiday. It was a 30 min drive away. There is a Walmart supermarket and petrol station just 5 mins away and lots of restaurant about 5 minutes drive away. The next big thing for me is cleanliness and this villa was found in a lovely clean state. It is well looked after. We really felt at home here. Thank you so much. 😊😍

Just returned from 17 nights and would highly recommend! Large 4 bed villa, very well equipped and maintained. Pool was large, warm and plenty of seating. Easy travelling distance to Disney (15/20 mins) and universal (30 mins) and close to 192 and lots of options for eating and of course Target and Walmart. Perfect service from Claire from answering all our questions through easy booking process. Would certainly book again!

Claire’s place is very clean and cosy, we loved the pool. And the games room our family fit perfectly in this house. I would definitely book this house again it was well worth it. Claire great response to all your needs also and her home is beautiful, close to stores and restaurants.

We had so much fun! Just simply the best. Rent the car and enjoy your own private villa—the R&R is unmatched!

This is an awesome spot super close to all Disney parks! We had a blast with our family of 7 staying in this spacious house with lots of character that certainly made our trip special! The rooms decorated like Star Wars and the minions were loved by my kids! We played in the game room and used the pool and spa which were awesome! Claire responded to every question I had promptly and the check in and out were super easy! I’d highly recommend this gem for your stay in the Disney area!

This place was absolutely perfect. Close to everything including Disney, Restaurants, and shopping. It was very clean, and neighbourhood was great. The games room and pool were so fun for the kids. Claire was a great host. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Great place to stay, had fun with the family, kids had a blast in the pool, and you have all the stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius, overall great experience and looking forward to next year!!!!!

We had a good time with our family and close to a lot of different theme parks and things to do in General!! The house is spacious and beautiful.

This place is amazing and is exactly as pictured. My kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Seven of us stayed here and we all had more then enough room. Claire is an amazing host and was always quick with responses. The house is clean and very comfortable. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Plus, the fact that it’s 10 mins away from Disney was great. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Great home in Kissimmee!! Family of 7 had plenty of room. Close to Disney and tons of other attractions. Very good tourist location with a private pool in a quiet neighbourhood!!!

Great location very close to Disney World!

LOVED LOVED LOVED! Our stay here was perfect super clean, fast response overall better than I expected. Everything is near by Disney, universal, sea world, gift shops so much more. The pool was clean and warm loved it!

Just returned from 10 days at Citrus Grove. It was brilliant - huge 4 bedroom villa which felt spacious. There were just three of us but easily could have had more guests without being on top of each other. It was large, very clean and welcoming. It was a 35 minute drive to Universal and from 12-20 minutes to the different Disney Parks. Walmart was a huge bonus as was 5 minutes away but also dangerous as was on the way home every day. Found booking really easy through the owners directly.

Stayed for just over 2 weeks in February. Beautiful villa in a lovely neighbourhood and so close to everything. 2 minutes to nearest Walmart and 10 minutes to magic kingdom. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house x

Had a fabulous holiday. Perfect location, villa was brill we loved the games room and the themed rooms. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will return one day!

We stayed at citrus grove from June 16 to June 30th. Lovely villa in a fantastic location. Very clean and tidy. Will definitely book again.

Returned home today after a lovely 2-week break. The Villa was lovely and was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. 2 kids aged 9 & 12 loved the games room and the pool. When we did spend time in the villa it was very clean and spacious, and tv in each room was also very handy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your lovely villa to my friends and family, and we hope to return soon

Stayed over Easter & spent time in both villas loved them both. Kids had fab time would definitely recommend
